The total cost of shipping and items purchased are clearly displayed when checking out. Your shipping cost will be visible before finalizing your purchase.
Delivery Time Orders are processed within 24 hrs of placing an order online or over the phone. Once your order is processed and shipped, it will arrive according to the shipping method selected. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, items may not ship together or arrive at the same time. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping

LTL Freight Items
All items requiring freight shipping will have it clearly stated on the item itself next to the price. Upon checkout it will only give you the option to ship out by freight until the freight only item is removed. Please inspect the contents of your order before signing the delivery receipt. We rarely have any damages with products shipped out, but if minor damages are present just write on the delivery receipt “subject to concealed damaged”. If obvious major damage is present please make note of damages, refuse the shipment, and give us a call at 1-800-233-1490 letting us know of the situation so, we can assist on shipping out a replacement asap.
International Shipping
Direct Bodykits will ship products anywhere in the world. In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday. Email internationalshipping@directbodykits.com for any questions regarding international shipping.
Tracking Information
You can view tracking information by going to the “Order Status” link on the top right side of main page. Once you’ve logged in, you will have access to order details, order status, and tracking information if available. Some shipments may be shipped directly from manufacturers across the U.S. to speed up delivery times. All tracking numbers will be emailed and posted online within 24hrs once the item(s) have shipped.
